The project focused on the comprehensive optimization of processes to increase both efficiency and customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, there was a focus on enhancing customer service through the implementation of innovative solutions such as chatbots and an improved communication strategy.

Simple tariff agreement and integration of affiliate campaigns
As part of the adaptation of the Pfalzwerke Group's technical infrastructure, the ALDI Grüne Energie website also had to be implemented on a new system environment with data transfer to SAP.
The other focus was on simple and user-friendly tariff calculation and the conclusion of contracts for electricity, gas and e-mobility tariffs.
A solution had to be found for the creation of customised campaign coupons as part of affiliate campaigns with monetary discounts or non-cash rewards upon conclusion of a contract. In addition, form handling for editors needed to be simplified.

Streamlining processes
Für die Erneuerung der Infrastruktur wurden Pimcore und die .NET Middleware in ein AWS-Setup eingebunden. Dabei erfolgt die Einspeisung relevanter Daten aus SAP und die Übertragung von Informationen an SAP, wodurch eine nahtlose Integration und Datenkonsistenz gewährleistet werden.
Der Bestellprozess wurde so schlank wie möglich gestaltet, um eine effiziente und benutzerfreundliche Erfahrung für Kunden zu gewährleisten. Über die Integration von Rabatt-Coupons durch die Verknüpfung von Datenobjekten im Bestellprozess, können Redakteure im Rahmen von Kampagnen eigenständig individuelle Rabatte in die Tarifberechnung einließen lassen.
Auch bei ALDI Grüne Energie wurde der formbuilder das zentrales Tool zur Erstellung von Formularen für Kontakt, Services, Gewinnspiele und Kampagnen integriert.
